Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused or gently tested
Original packaging must be included
Proof of issue (photos or video) may be required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After review, we will offer a replacement first. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Approved returns related to damage, defects, or incorrect items are eligible for return shipping coverage by Fedo.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
